How to Prepare for Your Excursion and While on the Boat:

  • #1 rule is to have fun and enjoy your charter excursion.
  • The excursion is limited to 8 number of Guests.
  • Our boats are BYOB. You may bring beer, wine, and seltzers but please no liquor and no glass is allowed on the boat . You may bring any drinks you want, but make sure to use plastic or aluminum containers.
  • Cooler is provided all you need is ice!
  • Bring sunscreen (not a requirement but helpful information since no one wants a sunburn).
  • Alcohol is not allowed for anyone under 21 years of age. If someone under 21 years of age is found drinking or holding alcohol, the charter excursion will end immediately.
  • Excessive drinking of alcohol is not allowed. The Captain and any staff member can ask anyone to stop drinking alcohol. If a Guest is overdrinking and the Captain or another staff member asks them to stop drinking and they do not stop drinking, then the charter excursion will end immediately.
  • While on the boat, you agree to listen and follow the instructions of the Captain. This is for your safety.

If a Guest brings their dog on the boat:

  • If your dog is not behaving during the excursion, and you are unable to gain control, the excursion will either end or you will need to remove your dog from the boat (and get your dog to a safe place off the boat).
  • If the dog causes damage to the boat, you will be responsible for the full cost of those damages.
  • Please note that there have been algae reported that is harmful to dogs and other animals in some bodies of water in Tennessee. If you allow your dog to swim, you are choosing to do this at your own risk.
